 Experience and History
I have over 15 years of experience within the mental health field with the last 5 years in private practice, honing my passions and craft. I have been a supervisor since 2013 and am a Washington State Approved Supervisor. In my experience I have provided individual, couples, family, and group therapy to adults, adolescents, and children in outpatient and in-home settings within non-profit organizations, community mental health settings, and private practice. I developed and managed a program within a large community mental health organization where I provided clinical supervision for a team specialized in treating complex trauma in children, adolescents, and families using Trauma Systems Therapy. I have since added specialties within Somatic Psychotherapy and human sexuality to treat individuals and couples to help them improve their relationships and sense of an overall wellbeing from a wholistic perspective. I am passionate about training and providing supervision to help other clinicians grow and maintain balance amidst the challenges and pressures of starting in this career. I look forward to co-creating this journey with you at whatever stage you are in.

Individual supervision can be done in person or via Zoom. The cost is $165 per 55 minute session.
